Shipping and Delivery

We carefully pack and dispatch every Lankri's order from our Miami studio.

As a small business, please allow 1–7 business days for order processing before shipment (excluding pre-order items). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only.

Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, however delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, remote destinations, weather conditions, or local postal services.

If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please contact us at info@lankris.com and we'll be happy to assist.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Lankri's is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Local postal service delays
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

If tracking shows your package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided, Lankri's cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your parcel, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Looking around your delivery location
  • Contacting your local postal carrier
  • Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier where applicable

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before completing their order.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


Shipping Limitations

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring shipment tracking
  • Collecting parcels after failed delivery attempts
  • Filing carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments where applicable

If an order is returned to Lankri's because it was unclaimed or due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, local taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays, the parcel being returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs. Lankri's is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or losses resulting from unpaid duties or taxes.

We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are reserved exclusively for you once your purchase is placed.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items become available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Estimated dispatch dates shown on product pages are approximate and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays beyond our control.

All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Item Availability

Although we strive to maintain accurate inventory, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If an item you purchased becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer one of the following:

  • A full refund
  • Store credit
  • A suitable replacement (where available)

Items expected to return will be marked as Pre-Order on the product page. While estimated availability dates may be provided, they are subject to change.
