Where do we ship?
Lankri's is based in Miami, Florida. We currently offer worldwide shipping. International packages may incur a duty fee at the customs. Lankri's cannot be held responsible for the duty fee incurred.
Lankri's is not liable for lost or stolen packages, this is the case if USPS states the package has been delivered. If your package goes missing upon being delivered, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.
In the case you included Route Protection in your order, this covers items lost in transit, stolen, or missing.
Can I change/cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us ASAP at info@lankris.com. Please note once an order has been processed we will no longer be able to amend or cancel the order.
When will my order ship?
We can not wait for you to receive your pieces! Processing times for shipping orders is around 3-5 business days. Please note Pre-orders are excluded from this and will ship at the estimated time provided by us!
Can I exchange or return an item?
Currently all sales are final on earrings, this is due to hygienic reasons. For all other items if you are unsatisfied, we can offer store credit for any item sent back within 14 days of receiving it! Please email us at info@lankris.com with your order number and the item you are not totally satisfied with.
What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item and your order number!
Can you add a discount after checkout or price adjust my order?
All our sales are 'first in best dressed' policy. We are unable to add discount codes or price adjust! By ordering sooner you are more likely to get the pieces you've been eying before they sell out during our sales.
