Exchange and Returns

REFUNDS

Currently all sales are final on earrings, this is due to hygienic reasons. For all other items if you are unsatisfied, we can offer store credit for any item sent back within 14 days of receiving it! Please email us at info@lankris.com with your order number and the item you are not totally satisfied with. Please note that store credit issued expire after a year.

ITEMS ON SALE/ARCHIVE SALE ARE FINAL SALE. We can not exchange or accept returns for these items. This includes holiday or random sale where a discount is used, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday

All returns/exchanges are eligible for a pre-paid label. We pay for the label upfront and deduct this cost from your returned goods. Or you can return the items using your choice of carrier. 

All pieces are quality checked prior to dispatch. For all faulty returns, Lankri's will assess the fault and reserves the right to repair or replace the pieces. If the item is no longer in stock, an exchange for another item of equal value or full refund will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection. 

A return for any faults will only be considered if you notify Lankri's of any fault within 14 days of receipt and a return request has been officially lodged. The item must be sent immediately after the return is approved.

We recommend using United States Post Office or Registered International Post with insurance to return items to Lankri's and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Lankri's is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. 

Please note that shipping and insurance cost are not refundable. 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at info@lankris.com to request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/store credit and the reasons for your return.
  3. Once your store credit/exchange has been approved, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours.
  4. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your store credit/exchange within 10 business days (please allow an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account).
